FABIO BUCCIARELLI
Fabio Bucciarelli is a photographer and author known for his documentation of conflicts and humanitarian consequences of war. Fabio spent the last years covering the major world changing events in Middle East, Africa and Europe.
His coverage of the Syrian war was recognized with the Robert Capa Gold Medal. Fabio has also been prized by World Press Photo, Prix Bayeux-Calvados, Pictures of The Year International, Best of Photojournalism, Leica Oskar Barnack, Sony International Photography Award between others. Bucciarelli’s work is frequently published in international magazines and newspapers and his artworks appears in several collections and have been exhibited, with solo and group exhibitions in museum, galleries and ArtFairs worldwide.
In 2015, he co-founded the cooperative MeMo, a recognized network for freelancer aimed to push the boundaries of storytelling. In 2016 Fabio’s book “The Dream” (FotoEvidence) has been selected among the Best Photo-books of the year by Time Magazine.
